// About

A technologist who leads with strategy first

Kevin Fleming is a Sydney-based technology executive with an IT degree and an MBA, and three decades of experience spanning telephony, networks, software development, cyber security, and enterprise leadership. He currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Smile Partners Australia and lectures on technology subjects as a Sessional Lecturer at Wentworth Institute of Higher Education, teaching international degree and masters students.

Across CIO and CTO roles at organisations including Ausgrid, Craveable Brands, Catholic Schools NSW, and AUB Group, Kevin has built a reputation for blending deep technical fluency with commercial judgement — turning strategy into delivery rather than leaving it on a slide.
